If you have a gift card, you will no longer be able to use it online – however, you can exchange it for a physical gift card. The store that issued your gift card will have attempted to contact the gift card purchaser, but if you haven’t heard anything from us, please contact the store to exchange your gift card for your new physical gift card to use in store.

It is no longer possible to buy via split payment. If you have an existing order on split payment, the store you shop with will contact you and find the solution that suits you best.
