SALE EKSTRAORDINÆR

Fairbrook Grove | Apartment Building

Faversham, United Kingdom | 2020

The Project

Fairbrook Grove in Faversham is an innovative development of 14 Passive House homes – one of the UK’s first private developments of its kind. This Passive House eco-conscious design reduces carbon emissions and supports a more sustainable way of life.

Our brief was to design, furnish and style, including window dressing, the Show Home of this development to reflect both the sustainable design and high-quality craftsmanship of the build and the beautiful environment of the local area.

The Solution

We created a sophisticated and relaxing home environment, keeping in mind the innovative design, and reflecting modern and contemporary interiors. The most important aspect of this project was to ensure that we delivered a premium design and interior within the given time frame. We worked closely with the client to ensure that all expectations were met to produce a stunning show home.

Initially we were working from architectural drawings, but as the project proceeded, we visited the site to measure; survey; locate power points and other fittings and to ascertain logistics. Our aim was to enhance the character of the space and showcase the beautiful design features of the home.

Testimonial

We were first introduced to BoConcept by Strutt and Parker Canterbury. We struck up an instant rapport with Rachel Sanders. The Quality of design and craftsmanship in the furnishings was just what we had been looking for. Over the last 12 years In between my busy day to day role I had personally dressed all of Gold Property Development’s show homes ensuring that they fit in with our luxury brand style. As you can imagine it was a big decision to pass the reins over however, we were not disappointed!

Fairbrook Grove is completely unique to any project we have built previously, and we felt that the interiors should reflect this. Rachel and her talented designers came up with various ideas for our Show Home. We struck on a concept to follow through the Architects build design and taking inspiration from the surrounding landscape of the development. The colors and layout selected provide a contemporary designed interior that would give any potential buyer a great vision of how they could live in a Passive House.
